This Is My Why
“It was at rock bottom that I realized healing wasn’t just hard—it was lonely. I searched for support, for direction, for someone to say, ‘You’re not alone.’ I spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to figure out why I was so sick, bouncing from doctor to doctor—most of whom never once asked about my past or considered how decades of trauma could be wreaking havoc on my body and mind. I had to become my own advocate, my own researcher, my own healer. I dug deep, studied, experimented, and slowly built my own path to wellness. Finding functional neurologists who understood the trauma-brain connection was a turning point in my journey, but the financial burden was real—and heavy. That’s why I’m so committed to bridging the gap for others. Healing shouldn’t be a privilege. My why is simple: no one should ever feel so hopeless that they choose to quit life.
